Versi Bahasa Indonesia
Kangen makan siomay tapi ngga ada yang jual? Bikin sendiri aja nih, gampang kok ;)

Bahan:
200 gr ikan tenggiri, ambil dagingnya
200 gr daging ayam tanpa tulang
100 gr udang
4 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdt ebi
1 sdt garam
100 gr tepung tapioka (jawa: tepung kanji)

Bahan bumbu kacang:
150 gr kacang tanah
3 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
2 buah cabe rawit
2 sdm gula jawa
1/2 sdt garam
150 cc air

Cara buat bumbu kacang:
1. Haluskan kacang dan semua bumbu.
2. Tumis sebentar kacang yg telah halus, kemudian tambahkan air. Rebus hingga mendidih sambil diaduk2.

Cara buat siomay:
1. Cacah tenggiri, udang, ayam, hingga lembut. Atau bisa juga gunakan blender.
2. Haluskan bawang merah, bawah putih, gula jawa, ebi, dan garam. Masukkan ke dalam adonan daging.
3. Tambahkan tepung tapioka/tepung kanji, kemudian ulenin sampai menjadi kalis.
4. Bentuk adonan menjadi bulatan2 kecil. Kukus hingga matang
5. Sajikan bersama telur rebus, kol, kentang, tahu, pare atau apapun yang anda suka. Tuangi bumbu kacang + kecap + jeruk nipis.


English Version
Ingredient:
200 gr mackerel (Pacific Mackerel/Scomber Japanicus)
200 gr boneless chicken
100 gr shrimp
4 pcs shallot
4 pcs onion
1 tsp dried shrimp (omit it if you can't find it)
1 tsp salt
100 gr tapioca starch

Sauce ingredient:
150 gr peanut
3 pcs onion
4 pcs shallot
2 pcs small chili
2 tbsp brown sugar/palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
150 cc water

How to make the sauce:
1. Crush the peanut. Crush the onion, shallot, chili, brown sugar, salt. And mix both.
2. Stir fried it for a couple minute. Add water, boil it whilst stir it.

How to make:
1. Chop the mackerel, chicken, and shrimp until it has smooth texture. Or you can use blender.
2. Crush shallot, onion, brown sugar, dried shrimp, and salt. Pour it into the chopped-meat.
3. Add tapioca starch, and knead it. Make it into small pieces of ball shape.
4. Steam it until it's well-cooked.
5. Serve with boiled egg, potato, boiled lettuce, fried tofu, or anything you like. Add the peanut sauce, add sweet soy sauce and lemon juice on its top.
